Founded in 2011, GoTalk General Trading began its journey as a premier telecom channel partner in the UAE. In 2019, we strategically aligned as an exclusive channel partner of e&, evolving into a retail powerhouse. Today, our reach is driven by 380+ team membersoperating across 60+ retail kiosks, 19 franchise outlets, and 13 business centres, ensuring our presence in major malls and community hubs where accessibility matters most.

Mrs. M. A. Shameena
Dr. M. A. Shameena is the driving force behind the evolution of GoTalk from a single telecom channel partner into a multi-company business ecosystem in the UAE. With over a decade of hands-on experience in the telecom industry, she has built strong and trusted partnerships with leading operators.
Her entrepreneurial journey is defined by strategic foresight and the ability to identify growth opportunities beyond conventional models. Under her leadership, the group has successfully expanded into multiple business verticals including telemarketing, furniture trading, interior solutions and financial services.
Recognized as the KMCC Entrepreneur of the Year and featured among the Top 100 Most Influential Malayalees in the UAE, Mrs. Shameena combines business acumen with a people-first philosophy. Her leadership reflects a balance of ambition, integrity and responsibility.

Mrs. Bindu represents the people-centric strength within the leadership of GoTalk. Having been part of the organization's journey from its transitional stages, she brings with her a deep understanding of its values, culture and the human side of business growth.
Her background in Human Resources allows her to approach decisions with empathy, balance and long-term thinking, ensuring that organizational growth always remains aligned with employee well-being.
Holding an MBA in Human Resources, Mrs. Bindu combines academic knowledge with a natural ability to connect with people. Her leadership reflects quiet strength and responsibility.
